In October 2021 we visited the vanilla processing plant near Jinja (Amani Agro Hub). In order to prepare our vanilla operations we took a look at the vanilla processing facilities. Very interesting to see the entire process from vanilla harvesting to the final product to be exported to the EU.
During our trip we stayed overnight in the wonderful Kipling Lodge right on the side of the Nile. Highly recommended to visit that place and have the chef of the Lodge prepare a wonderful meal with all their organically grown products from the garden.
